YAYA Europe is an inter-national, inter-generational Youth empowerment platform of RCCG Europe — Continent 9
Our passion is to raise authentic lovers, followers and disciples of Jesus — locally and globally.
Our Mission
Our mission is to develop excellent youth discipleship models all around Europe — across youth churches, youth arms (within mother parishes), and thematic fellowships — that attract, disciple and train young people to know Jesus and to make Him known.
There is a great need for the youth to be intentionally discipled in the word of God. It is very easy for the younger generation to be given a 'lighter' Gospel for the purpose of retention.
We are committed to sharpening their understanding of the Gospel and training them up in their reasoning of why they should live for Jesus.
Our Vision
To see the next generation become authentic lovers, followers and disciples of Jesus, both locally and globally.
Doctrinal Foundations
The supreme authority of Scripture as the inspired, infallible Word of God.
Salvation by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.
The Lordship of Jesus Christ over every area of a young person's life.
Full alignment with the doctrine, governance, and traditions of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
Everything we do flows from these non-negotiables. They are the anchor that keeps our methods from drifting from our message.
Doctrinal Foundations
Our doctrine is the doctrine of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
The RCCG Articles of Faith and Statement of Faith are our doctrinal authority, and we operate fully under that covering.
The points listed below are highlights — they are not a replacement for, nor an addition to, RCCG's established doctrine. Any teaching, programme, or curriculum produced under this Blueprint must remain in full alignment with RCCG doctrinal positions.
Word-Centered Discipleship
we choose depth over a 'lighter Gospel' that retains attention but starves spiritual maturity. We operationalize this through structured discipleship programs, leader training, and formal pathways such as the School of Disciples (SOD) and Bible College.
Leaders submit to one another, to their oversight, and to the wider RCCG body.
Authentic Relationship Over Performance
Relationship with Jesus is the goal, not service or activity for its own sake.
We pursue excellence in all we do because it reflects the worth of Christ.
