This year, we’re excited to gather once again for a weekend filled with inspiring sessions, uplifting worship, and meaningful connections.

CAMP - Frequently asked questions
Do I need a visa?
If you have a UK, EU, or USA passport, you do not require a visa to enter the Czech Republic. Passport holders from countries outside the EU may need a visa, so please check with the Czech embassy in your country before booking your flight.
How do I register?
To register, complete the online registration form and submit full payment. A confirmation email will be sent once your registration is successful..
Visa requirements/application
To request a Letter of Invitation, please send an email to
info@yayaeurope.org before April 30th, 2025, including the following information:
• Your full name
• Your WhatsApp phone number
• Your country of residence
• Proof of full registration for the camp
• A copy of your passport data page
• Name and address of the embassy in your current country of residence
You will receive a response from our admin within 48 hours, and the invitation letter should be sent to you within 72 hours.

Recommendation
If you’re finding it difficult to get an appointment at the Czech embassy, you may apply for a tourist visa through any of the Schengen countries. Please note that the visa-issuing country may need to be your first point of entry (e.g., if you apply for a Schengen visa through Estonia, you may need to enter Estonia first before traveling to the Czech Republic).

What is the registration deadline?
The registration deadline is June 17th, 2025. Early registration is recommended due to limited availability.
What should I pack for the event?
Bed sheet, pillowcases, blankets, and towels (these are provided but can be brought if wanted)
Sporting clothes and shoes (shorts, leggings, t-shirts, joggers, trainers etc.)
Toiletries (soap, shampoo, moisturizer, sunscreen, toothbrush/paste etc.)Nightwear
Please bring the same ID that you registered with for a smooth check-in process
Important: Modesty/decency is emphasized at the camp.
What does the registration fee include?
The registration fee covers:
Accommodation
Feeding (from dinner on Thursday 17th July to Lunch on Sunday 20th July)
All scheduled camp activities.

What payment methods are accepted?
Payments can only be made via the payment method provided during registration.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds available. If there are any issues with your registration please contact info@yayaeurope.org.
What is the age limit for camp?
The camp is open to youth and young adults aged 13 and above.
Can under 18-year-olds come by themselves? Is Parental consent form required?
No, all attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the camp. A parental consent form must be completed by parents of all attendees under the age of 18 in order to gain access to the camp.
This form can be completed through a link on the registration form and, if missed, will be emailed again to parents of the attendee. Without this completed consent form, registration is void.
Other things to consider to bring..
You can bring your electronic devices.
However, be aware that delegates will be sharing rooms so it is your responsibility to keep these and other precious items safe as these are not covered by the camp’s liability, and the organizers will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
If you have any medical conditions, bring necessary medications and do not forget to declare your medications in your registration form such as an inhaler, EpiPen, antihistamines, lactase tablets, etc.

Where is the camp located?
The camp will take place in Prague, Czech Republic
What are the transportation options to the venue?
Delegates are required to travel to the venue by themselves. All relevant information on how to get to the venue will be provided at a later date.
Accommodation and Meals
Can I stay in same room with my siblings or friend?
Rooms are allocated by age group and gender. Male and Female are separated. The allocation is designed to create an opportunity for delegate to be in the same room with similar age groups and get to make new friends.
Are meals provided?
Yes, meals are provided from dinner on Thursday 17th July to Lunch on Sunday 20th July
Are dietary restrictions accommodated?
Yes, we can accommodate special dietary needs. Please specify any dietary requirements during registration.
Camp Activities and Schedule
When can we get the camp schedule?
The camp schedule will be emailed to all delegates prior to the commencement of the event.
Should I bring a Bible?
It is highly recommended for all delegates to have a Bible with them, whether physical or digital, to aid the activities and studies that will take place.

General safety
Although we are occupying most of the camp ground, we ask everyone to be responsible and stay safe. We trust God for an amazing and impactful event.
Can I volunteer?
Yes, you can volunteer on our volunteer page: https://yayaeurope.org/volunteer in a maximum of one department. Most departments will have a strict rooster, allowing you to serve in not more than one department.
Registration to join the Music team is now closed.
You can register as a volunteer, and the Team leader will communicate the department requirement and acceptance criteria.
Please be advised that there is a possibility of being reassigned to a different department based on need.

What is Family room registration?
A family room is available for families with children under 13 years old. The family room option comes with an additional fee of 50 Euros per child. The child will share a room with the accompanying adult.
For children over 13, they will be assigned separate accommodation with attendees in the same age group.
