Director of Global Events

Leads the planning and execution of major continental and global gatherings. Oversees event teams, logistics coordination, and strategic event impact.

Focuses on planting and strengthening healthy local youth churches. Works on leadership development, structure implementation, and sustainability systems.

Oversees logistics, communication systems, coordination processes, and operational efficiency across the continent.

Oversees logistics, communication systems, coordination processes, and operational efficiency across the continent.

Ensures financial stewardship across the ministry. Oversees budgeting, financial accountability, event funding structures, and sustainability planning.

Owns all executional creative work for the ministry — social media, online presence, video and content production, communications design, and creative storytelling

Director of Missions & Outreach

Director of Parish Youth Ministry

Director of Discipleship & Training

Owns executional outreach work: evangelism programmes, community impact initiatives, and outreach campaign delivery. Coordinates the operational side of partnerships

Provides continental oversight of all youth arms operating within RCCG mother (adult) parishes. Builds and protects relationships with parish pastors and wider RCCG governance regarding the youth voice within mother churches.

Owns the discipleship work at the heart of the ministry — develops the continent-wide discipleship curriculum, oversees leader training programmes, and stewards enrollment pathways into the School of Disciples (SOD), Bible College, and other formal discipleship routes.

Director of Welfare & Integration

Director of Governance & Legal

Director of Music

Owns continental standards for ensuring no young person falls through the cracks — counselling network, crisis response, mental health resources, and emergency aid; plus welcoming, follow-up, and integration systems for new members.

Owns governance, legal, and compliance work — data protection (GDPR), contracts, insurance, employment law, intellectual property, and constitutional/governance documents across 16 regions and multiple jurisdictions.

Reports to the Senior Leader of Communication and Voice. Directs all continental music initiatives, choral teams, and the music fellowship for all global events.

Director of Monitoring & Performance

Reports to the Senior Leader for Strategy & Performance. Translates the SLT's strategic direction into measurable objectives, tracks KPIs, monitors adoption across departments, and administers performance evaluations.
