ROLE PURPOSE

The Director of Missions & Outreach owns the executional outreach work of the ministry, including evangelism programmes, community-impact initiatives, day-to-day partnership management, and outreach campaign delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute continental outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate evangelism programmes and campaigns.
• Lead community-impact and service initiatives.
• Develop systems for effective local and regional outreach.
• Coordinate the operational side of ministry partnerships.
• Support regions and churches in developing effective outreach strategies.
• Monitor outreach activity and measure its impact.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration and community engagement.
• Ensure outreach activities are aligned with the ministry’s vision and values.
• Provide reports on outreach activity, outcomes, and opportunities.

LEADERSHIP & PEOPLE RESPONSIBILITY
• Build and lead outreach teams.
• Develop evangelism and missions leaders.
• Equip young people to participate effectively in outreach.
• Create pathways for emerging outreach leaders.

ACCOUNTABILITY
The Director is accountable for executional outreach. Strategic, high-trust external relationships remain with the Senior Leader for Mission & External Partnerships.
