ROLE PURPOSE

The Director of Hubs provides continental leadership for The Hubs Network (Structure C), an outward-facing network of thematic hubs focused on areas such as Worship, Prayer, Bible Study, and other approved themes. The Director oversees the development and expansion of the network across Europe, coordinating thematic Hub Leads and supporting City Leads / Chapter Leads to establish and grow local hubs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement the continental strategy for The Hubs Network.
• Establish and grow thematic hubs across Europe, including Worship, Prayer, and Bible Study.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support thematic Hub Leads.
• Establish a clear leadership structure connecting continental Hub Leads with local City Leads / Chapter Leads.
• Support the establishment and growth of local hubs across cities and chapters.
• Develop operational guidelines, structures, and reporting processes for the network.
• Encourage collaboration, resource sharing, and engagement across thematic hubs.
• Monitor hub activities, participation, growth, and overall effectiveness.
• Ensure hub activities align with the vision and priorities of RCCG Youth Continent 9.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to the SLT.

LEADERSHIP & PEOPLE RESPONSIBILITY
• Recruit, develop, and coordinate effective thematic Hub Leads.
• Support City Leads / Chapter Leads in establishing and managing local hubs.
• Establish clear responsibilities and accountability across the network.
• Encourage collaboration and leadership development across cities and chapters.
• Foster a culture of spiritual growth, excellence, collaboration, and servant leadership.

ACCOUNTABILITY
The Director is accountable for the strategic development, coordination, and growth of The Hubs Network and reports regularly to the SLT through the ministry’s established reporting structure.

• Growth in the number of active thematic hubs across Europe.
• Number of cities and chapters with established local hubs.
• Engagement and participation in hub activities.
• Effectiveness of coordination between thematic and local leaders.
• Development and retention of Hub Leads and local leaders.

• Sustainable network growth and measurable ministry impact.

LEADERSHIP EXPECTATIONS
The Director should demonstrate strong organisational ability, strategic thinking, effective communication, and servant leadership, with the ability to build a continental network, develop leaders, and coordinate thematic hubs across multiple cities and chapters.
